
Ben Maher (born January 30, 1983) is one of the greatest show jumpers the UK has ever produced.
Ranked British Showjumping No.1 in 2010, he has gained many achievements including competing in the 2008 Beijing Olympics on Rolette, and the Hickstead Derby in 2005 on a horse called Alfredo II.
His wife, Kathleen Maher, is not only a show jumper but a model. His current achievements in 2010 include taking the top spot on Wonder Boy III in the feature class of the opening day at the CSI5*-W in ‘S-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands. This was the 1.50m Rabobank Prijs and he took 8000CHF for his effort. Then in December, Maher won first prize in the Olympia International Horse Show Puissance event.
