Linny Kenney

Linny Kenney

American Linny Kenney got her first horse when she was ten years old and has ridden ever since. She took a bit of a break from riding during college while she was getting her Vocal Performance degree, but got back into it full swing when she moved to Mendocino, California to work as a Wrangler at Ricochet Ridge Ranch.

Linny Kenney is riding her Arabian, Sojourner, across America from Los Angeles, CA to Bath, New Hampshire. They left L.A. on March 1st and are now 2,250 miles into the ride (as of August 19th).

Linny tells the stories of the journey and the people she meets along the way through her blog. The ride is about endurance, challenge, a love for the land, people and the horse, and the beauty of slowing down to enjoy the moments.

Linny believes in the healing powers of the horse and loves the freedom of riding.
