The FEI European Championships will take place this summer, and H&C will be there to bring you all the action as it happens.
Europe’s best horses and riders will be competing for team and individual honours in both dressage and showjumping. Thousands of spectators will flock to the famous showground on the outskirts of Aachen to watch the action.
In the dressage, Britain's Charlotte Dujardin and Valegro will go head-to-head against Matthias Rath and Totilas of Germany, in what's expected to be the clash of the decade. Meanwhile, in the showjumping, reigning European team gold medallists Great Britain will face world champions The Netherlands, with other top showjumping nations such as Germany, Switzerland, France, Belgium and Sweden all hoping to factor when the medals are handed out.
Great Britain plays host to the eventing Europeans for the first time since Blenheim in 2005, and as host nation they field a 12-strong squad of riders. Britain has dominated in the eventing Europeans for decades - but two years ago in Malmo they left with just one individual silver medal. They'll be going out all out to rectify that with a strong performance on home turf this September.
Horse & Country TV will be bringing you six hours of highlights from the Europeans, starting with the team dressage on Friday, 21st August and culminating with the eventing from Blair on Sunday 20 September
