Images need to be uploaded on a remote site before they can be included, for example using a Photobucket account.
Go to www.photobucket.com and create an account. Upload photos from you computer to your photobucket album.
Once you have uploaded the photo you wish to post, hover the mouse over the photo. A box appears beneath. Highlight and copy the contents of the HTML box.
Return to your post on H&C and paste the HTML code into your post. Click submit. Your image will then appear in your post.
