1. How do I register for an H&C account?

Registering for a new account gives you access to some of the more advanced features in the site. To create a new account:

  1. Click on the Sign-up link on the top navigation
  2. In the form that appears, provide a Username - this will be the name that will be visible to other users on the site.
  3. Enter your email and the captcha code (so we know you are a real person and not a spammer)
  4. Done!

We’ll send you an email with instructions and a link you must follow in order to complete your registration.

If you have not received this email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder.

2. I’ve forgotten my password. How do I reset it?

If you forget your password, you can request your password to be reset by:

  1. Clicking on the ‘“Log in” link on the top navigation (top left of any page)
  2. A small window will appear prompting you to log in. Click on the “Request new password” link.
  3. You will then be told what to do next.

We’ll send you an email containing instructions and a special url that you can follow to reset your password.

3. I have forgotten my user name. Can I get a reminder?

If you have forgotten your user name, try logging into the site with the email address that you used to register. If you don’t remember your password, please follow the process to reset your password and when prompted

If you are unable to remember both your H&C username and the email you used to register, please contact customer care.

4. How do I delete my account?

If you wish to delete your H&C account and have your personal information removed from our databases, please send a request to customer care.

5. Why do I need to provide personal information to register?

The additional personal information we collect during the registration process helps us understand where our users come from and what interests them. In turn, this allow us to provide you with more relevant content and promotions.

6. Do you ever share my personal information with third parties?

When you register for an H&C account, you have the opportunity to tell us whether H&C and/or its preferred partners are allowed to send you updates regarding new programming, marketing materials and other promotional offers relevant to interests.

If you have explicitly allowed us to send you third party offers and promotions, will we share some information so they can contact you with relevant marketing materials.

We apply a very strict criteria to decide which partners may have products and/or services that may be suitable for H&C users and are confident that you will find that such communication match your interests.

You may change these communication preferences at any time.

If you have not opted out from becoming a supporter of Team GBR, we will share your contact details with Team GBR, but no other information.

7. How do I manage my settings?

You may change your account settings and preferences at any time. Log into your account, and then click on ‘Account Info’ on the top navigation.

You will see three tabs, each allowing you to edit different parts of your profile:

  • Account: email associated with your H&C account, and password.
  • Basic Profile Info: edit your first and last names here.
  • Preferences: Location, interests and communication/marketing preferences (how H&C and its partners may communicate with you).
