Some leading names in the horse world have been implicated in the recent break up of aspiring dressage rider Katie ‘Jordan’ Price and husband Peter Andre.

Photographs taken on a night out in Bristol after watching the dressage phase of the Mitsubishi Motors Badminton Horse Trials show the glamour model talking to international dressage rider, Spencer Wilton. The tabloids implied that the photographs of Katie and Spencer had caused the rift in the celebrity’s marriage. The news caused sniggers in the dressage fraternity, and it was quickly announced that Spencer is very happy in his relationship with his boyfriend.

The tabloids, keen for blood, have now turned their attention to Katie’s trainer Andrew Gould. Andrew is currently away on holiday with his wife and children, and has denied any romantic involvement.

Though Katie’s involvement in the horse world has been seen as a welcome boost to dressage’s profile, the latest scenes will strike fear in the hearts of the dressage old-guard, whose initial fears seem to have been founded – that gossip columnists’ favourite party girl will bring the sport into disrepute.

Bookmakers are now offering odds of 2-1 that Katie Price and her husband will be back together by the end of the year.
