Team GB will be reinstated to the top tier of showjumping's super league following an appeal to the Court of Arbitration in Sport (CAS).
It has overturned the previous ruling of the FEI Tribunal of 21 January 2010 which prevented the British team from competing in the Nations Cup. CAS has allowed the appeal of the BEF which means that the British team will be allowed to take part in the 2010 Meydan FEI Nations Cup.
