Blenheim tickets simplified

Last year's winner, William Fox Pitt, goes cross country

The Fidelity Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials online Box Office is now open at for advance bookings, saving up to 30% on gate prices. Any bookings made during January 2011, will receive a voucher for a complimentary programme worth £6.

Plan ahead

It's still a way off, with the event taking place from September 8th – 11th at Blenheim Palace in Oxford. Two days of dressage are held on Thursday and Friday followed by two days of jumping on Saturday and Sunday with the world’s leading event riders plus many other activities, displays, demonstrations, shopping opportunities and grass roots competitions.

The event traditionally attracts top names, with last years winner William Fox Pitt certainly among the world's best.

Ticketing made easy

Event Director, Mandy Hervieu explained the decision to change the ticketing structure: “Aware of the need to remain competitive, we have reviewed our prices and simplified both the range of ticket types, as well as the booking process. And, to retain family appeal, we will also be continuing to offer free (admission only) tickets for accompanied children 12 years old and under.”

Spectators can choose between admission only tickets and those which include allocated grandstand seats at lower rates than last year. Individual adult ticket prices start from just £8 for admission on Dressage days and go up to £25 on the Saturday for the full ticket. The latter includes admission and allocated grandstand seats for the top (CCI3*) cross country event and show jumping (for the 8 and 9 year old CIC3*) event. All tickets include complimentary general public parking. For more information and bookings visit the Blenheim Palace Horse Trials website.
