It is little surprise to many that Totilas, the wonder stallion that took the dressage world by storm under Edward Gal, has won his debut competition with new rider Matthias Alexander Rath at the CDI Munich, Germany today. The new combination were the only pair to score over 70%, with a final score of 76.787% - 7.553% above their nearest rival, Carola Koppelmann and Le Bo who claimed second place.
Third went to Nadine Capellmann with Girasol 7, who was also sired by Gribaldi.
Britain's Emma Hindle came fourth with Brisbane, scoring 68.404%.
