They stood reserve last year in this final, and this year Katie Jerram and Night Prayers went one better to head the SEIB Racehorse to Riding Horse Championship at HOYS. Watch his lap of honour here.
Night Prayers, a nine-year-old chestnut gelding by Night Shift, raced seven times under Rules and won a flat race at the Curragh. He was trained by Bryan Smart.
Since retiring from racing in 2006, he's been a prolific winner with Katie, and competes as a hack as well as in retrained racehorse classes.
