Guy Williams stamped his authority at Olympia Horse Show when he won his third major class in two days.
Guy's third win came in the Renault Christmas Masters, a class only open to the top seven riders in the H&M Leading Rider of the Show rankings. Each time a rider went clear the prizemoney rose by 500 Euros, and one fence was selected to be raised each round.
The class went to five rounds, with four making it through to the jump-off. First to go Marcus Ehning had one fence down, then Scott Brash had the most nail-biting round to go clear in a very fast time.
Swiss rider Pius Schwizer finished clear but 0.16sec slower than Scott, who seemed to have posted an unbeatable time. But Guy Williams, who is in spectacular form, raced home even faster on Depardieu Van T Kiezelhof to take the win.
