We have two sets of Woof Wear leg wraps up for grabs. These soft and durable cotton wraps contain poly-fill for your horse's comfort and are for use under stable bandages. They'll support the leg without the danger of applying too much pressure. The wraps will keep your horse's joints warm and improve circulation.

We have one set of white Woof Wear leg wraps and one set of black available for you to win. Each set comprises four wraps consisting of two 18 x 14 inch and two 18 x 18 inch wraps. Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) About the Promotion 1. This Promotion is organised and promoted by Horse & Country Television, Cwmbran. All participants to this Promotion shall be subject to these Terms or such other terms and conditions that the Promoter may impose. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms without any prior notice to all participants. By participating in this Promotion, Participants shall be deemed to have agreed to and accepted these Terms. 2. This Promotion starts from Wednesday 3 February, 8.00am (GMT) to Wednesday 30 March 2010, 11.59pm (GMT), and is open to individuals aged 16 years and above who are resident in the UK only. Eligibility to Participate 3. Employees of Promoter, its subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, authorized dealers/distributors, agents and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the Promotion. Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any such person from receipt of any prize and/or require the return of any such prizes awarded. In such an event, Promoter reserves the right to select a new winner for the prize and/or dispose of the prize in any manner it deems fit, at its sole discretion. Entries and Judgement Criteria 4. To enter the Promotion, participants must submit their entries via the competition website at www.horseandcountry.tv by answering a question and submitting it using the form provided. Entries submitted by any other means will not be accepted. Acceptance of each entry is at the sole discretion of the Promoter and Promoter reserves the right to reject any entry without disclosing or providing any reason whatsoever. Incomplete or late entries will be disqualified. No purchase is required. Each participant may only submit one entry. Multiple entries are not permitted and will be disqualified. 5. All entries must be original to and created by the participant. All entries must be received by Promoter no later than Wednesday 30 March 2010, 11.59pm (GMT). 6. The one (1) participant (“First Prize Winner”) will be selected at random from correct entries by the Promoter. Winning Entries 7. After the judging selection, the winner will be notified via email. The winner will be given two weeks to respond to this email or another winner will be chosen at random. If the winner cannot be contacted from the details supplied, then the prize will be deemed forfeited, and Promoter may select another winner from all of the remaining entries at its discretion. Non-compliance with these Terms and any other requirements communicated by Promoter to participants may result in disqualification of the participant and the selection of alternate winners at the Promoter’s sole discretion. Prizes 8. Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prizes awarded in this Promotion may not be exchanged for cash or any other items. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize for another prize of similar value. All prizes are non transferable. Substitution of prizes by the winners is prohibited. In the event any winner chooses not to accept his/her prize, the relevant prize will be deemed forfeited, and Promoter may select another winner from all of the remaining entries at its discretion. Promoter’s decision regarding the award of all prizes, and/or in every situation, including any not covered in these Terms, shall be final and binding on all participants, and no queries, challenges or appeals may be made or entertained. Where required by Promoter, winners and any person sharing the prize with the winner shall be required to complete official release forms prior to the receipt of the relevant prize(s), failing which Promoter reserves the right to forfeit the prize and dispose of the same as it deems fit. To the extent permitted by law, no representations or warranties are made as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of the prize (or any part of it). Acceptance of any prize shall, to the extent permitted by law, constitute a release and discharge of Promoter by each winner from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, and/or damages which the winner may have, whether known or unknown at the present time, of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or relating to: (i) the Promotion, (ii) personal injury and/or property damage, theft or loss suffered by the winner as a result of the use and/or enjoyment of the prize, and/or (iii) any tax liabilities in relation to the Promotion, prize and/or use or enjoyment of the same. 9. Use of Participant’s Information 10. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute consent on the winner’s part to allow the use of the winner’s name, image, voice and/or likeness by Promoter for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. 11. All Promotion entries and all copyright and other rights in such entries and/or other materials become the property of the Promoter and shall not be returned. The participant agrees to provide a written assignment of all rights to the Promoter, if requested. By submitting the Promotion entries and any other materials (save for any personal information) to Promoter in connection with the Promotion, each participant thereby (a) specifically authorizes Promoter to use and/or license third parties to use such entry in whole or in part, throughout the universe, in perpetuity in or on any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, and alone or together or as part of other information, content and/or material of any kind or nature; and (b) represents and warrants that all elements contained in the Promotion entry or other material (i) is original to the participant and fully cleared for use as contemplated herein, (ii) does and will not, in any way, violate or breach any of the terms of any other agreement the participant may be a party to, (iii) does not contain libelous, slanderous, defamatory, tortuous, or otherwise unlawful, untrue or inaccurate information, infringe or violate any copyright or other right, or contain any matter the publication or sale of which will violate any federal or state statute or regulation, (iv) is not obscene or in any other manner unlawful or likely to cause offense, (v) is not in any way cruel, abusive, nor involved any injury or hurt being caused to animal(s), (vi) is not contrary to or in breach of any internationally or generally accepted principles of human rights, and (vii) shall not require Promoter to pay or incur any sums to any person or entity as a result of Promoters’ use or exploitation of the same. 12. The participants’ personal information ("PI") will be collected to enable the Promoter to administer and promote this Promotion and its winners. The PI of winners may be provided to others assisting the Promoter in this regard, including the prize suppliers and deliverers, to authorities that regulate this Promotion and to the additional persons or entities referred to below. By entering the Promotion, each participant consents to their PI being entered into a database, being transferred to Promoter and to the use of that information by the Promoter, or advertisers or companies affiliated with the Promoter, in any media for future promotional, marketing, publicity and/or research purposes and/or for any purposes set out on or referred to in the web site www.horseandcountry.tv, without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the participant. All personal details of the participants will be stored principally at the office of the Promoter as set out above. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at such office. The database information or any part of it may be provided to the Promoter’s entities' affiliates for the stated purposes. If a participant does not truthfully provide all requested PI, the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to win the prize in this Promotion. Indemnity 13. Participants shall indemnify the Promoter, its agents, employees, representatives, associates, affiliates, parent and subsidiary companies against any and all claim, losses, costs, damages, liability and expenses arising out of the Participant’s breach of any of these Terms. 14. Each Participant, by entering the competition, expressly releases the Promoter from any claim, action or demand arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or their prize, if any. Force Majeure and Technical Faults 15. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of being carried on as planned, due to without limitation infection by any computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure, act of God, war (whether or not declared), political coup or insurrection, rebellion, labour dispute, fire, epidemic, storm, flood, typhoon, explosion, legal enactment, government directive, order or regulation, any law or regulation having force of law or any other reason or cause beyond the control of the Promoters, which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoters reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the process for this Promotion and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer software and/or equipment, failure of any e-mail account or any combination thereof. Modification of Terms 16. The Promoter will be entitled at their sole discretion, to terminate or modify the Promotion or to modify these Terms at any time prior to the closing date, by posting the revised Terms on the website. Limitation of Liability 17. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the use of any prizes except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. General 18. The Promotion is a game of skill and therefore does not require any permits from any authority in the territory. 19.
